Madelyn Fler

Madelyn recently graduated from Centennial College with a Diploma in Business Administration Marketing.  Madelyn has been working with the Survivorship Program in a number of roles and presently is the Patient Flow Coordinator for the Survivorship Program.

As the patient flow coordinator with the Cancer Survivorship Centre Program she ensures that all patients and referring professionals are responded to. She is the first voice you hear when making an appointment or dropping into the Survivorship Centre located on the 2nd floor of the Breast Cancer Centre.  She is always enthusiastic about ensuring your appointments are in order. She maintains the flow of all Survivorship Clinics starting with the: Survivorship Consult Clinic, Lymphedema Clinic, Function & Mobility Clinic, Neuro-Cognative Clinic and the Fatigue Clinic.  On a daily basis she's here to help you arrange your survivorship appointments. Madelyn will assist you in booking, rescheduling and will often call you as a courtesy to remind you of your appointments.  Madelyn when she is not booking and helping you she is in the background to support the administrative needs of Clinical Survivorship Team.
