Community Connections

Name of Program: Community Connections
Program Description: Community Connections is a monthly event that brings together cancer patients, survivors, caregivers and friends to introduce them to the resources and support programs that are available in their community through supportive care organizations and the Princess Margaret Cancer Program.
Community Connections offers everyone the opportunity to meet community based organizations that can provide education, emotional support and healthy lifestyle opportunities in many communities as well as at ELLICSR: the Health, Wellness, & Cancer Survivorship Centre.

When:  From 9:30am-3:00pm on the third Thursday of every month.
