Name of Class: Labyrinth Walk
Class Description:
-The Labyrinth is an ancient spiritual tool, a walking meditation and a path of prayer.
-The Labyrinth is an archetype, a divine imprint found in all religious traditions in various forms around the world.
-It is a place of release and renewal, a place to bring your questions or ask for guidance, forgiveness and healing.
-We experience many feelings and thoughts along the way. While walking the Labyrinth some people find peace. Others a deep state of concentration. Many find insight, clarity and understanding.
-In the centre of the Labyrinth we discover the Sacred… the still centre of our being where love and hope reside.
