Julia Schippke

As a health promotion student from the University of Western Ontario, working at ELLICSR has been a unique and rewarding learning experience.  While at ELLICSR I have been developing prevention and screening materials for Patient Education at Princess Margaret Hospital.  ELLICSR’s focus on patient-centered care and commitment to empowering patients is what drew me to this centre.  I have enjoyed working with both staff and patients and truly feel I have been able to apply my knowledge of health promotion to my work.
