Choose a flavor combination from the left or make your own.
Blanch any herbs or leafy green for about 20 seconds in boiling water and then straight to an ice bath to shock.
Add those greens with all remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If there isn’t a lot of liquid in the flavor cube you chose, add a little bit of water at a time until the ingredients blend well.
Pour into ice cube trays and freeze. Use when needed in soups, stir fry’s or sauces.
