Raspberries, fresh or frozen

Granola

Lightly wet a piece of parchment paper, crunch it up and then unravel to line an 8 in. tart shell. Or you can line with plastic wrap. Melt chocolate in microwave or us a double boiler, pour into prepared shell and spread to cover the bottom.
Mix yogurt, raspberries, granola and honey together until raspberries are slightly mashed and pour onto chocolate.
Spread evenly and wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Freeze until hardened.

Any frozen fruit will work well with this recipe. Try blueberries or strawberries.
Once the tart is frozen, you can cut it up into shards and store in a freezer bag. This allows for better access when you want a quick snack.
