Any Citrus (Clementine, Naval Oranges, Blood Oranges, Cara Cara, Limes etc.) Peeled and frozen.
1 tbsp
Ginger, grated
1 cup
Coconut Water
1/2 cup
Plain Yogurt (Greek or Skyr for higher protein)

Banana, frozen

Cooking Directions
Peel and cut off any of the white pith from your citrus fruits. Roughly chop and freeze until solid. (You can keep a bunch of frozen citrus in a freezer bag in your freezer for months)
Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
