Apple (peeled and core removed), grated

Canned Pumpkin Puree/td>

Maple Syrup

Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp
Ground Gingern
Directions
Cooking Directions
Prehet the oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine all the wet ingredints together well in one bowl. Add in all the dry ingredients and mix well until combined.
Line a baking tray or cast iron pan, with parchment. Pour in the oat mixture and smoothen the top evenly.
Bake about 30 minutes. Let cool, and then cut into small bars. Freeze the remaining and reheat as needed.
