Walnuts

Large Flake Oats

Hemp Hearts
1/2 tsp

Microwave Directions
1. Microwave maple syrup on high for 2 minutes.
2. Stir in ingredients and return to microwave for another 2 minutes.
3. Pour out onto parchment paper to cool and break up into pieces.

Oven Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Toss the ingredients in maple syrup and spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Place in oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool at room temperature until hard.
