Cooking Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all the ingredients together. Spoon about 2 tbsp size of batter at a time onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

The bacteria that causes food poisoning grows best between 4°C (40°F) and 60°C degrees Celsius (140°F). This is called the “Danger Zone”. Keep cold food cold and hot foods hot to stay out of the danger zone.
Follow the 2 hour rule: food should either be eaten or put in the fridge or freezer within 2 hours. If it sits out for longer than 2 hours, throw it out. The longer food sits in the danger zone, the more bacteria has a chance to grow and make you sick. If it’s a hot day, throw out food that’s been sitting out for more than 1 hour.
Pasteurization is a process where milk and cheeses are heated to kill bacteria that could make you sick. Avoid raw or unpasteurized dairy products such as soft and semi-soft cheeses (e.g. brie, camembert and blue-veined cheese). Choose pasteurized dairy products and hard cheeses such as cheddar, Swiss and parmesan.
