Fresh cranberries

Lime, zest and juice
1 tbsp
Ginger, freshly grated
1 tsp
Ground Ginger
1/4 cup
Brown Sugar
1/4 cup
Water
Directions
Cooking Directions
Add all ingredients to a small saucepot over medium high heat.
Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
Simmer until the cranberry skins pop. Cook for a longer time for a thicker sauce.
