Dr. Kerry Courneya, the Canada Research Chair in Physical Activity and Cancer at the University of Alberta, will be giving the keynote presentation on some of the findings from his 200+ published papers on cancer and exercise. We are very lucky to have him share his findings!

We’ll also have a panel of experts in different pieces of physical wellness who will answer audience questions on physical activity and cancer. They’ll share strategies, tools, and techniques to help you be more physically active.

And, if you’ve attended one of our National Cancer Survivors Day events before, you know there are plenty of other free activities like:

Many workshops can be adapted for all physical abilities, just speak with the instructor before the workshop starts.

Come see what else we have planned. Visit the National Cancer Survivors Day event page to register or find more information.
