Ingredients

2Golden Delicious or Honey Crisp Apples, core removed and quartered
1/2 cupPlain Yogurt (Skyr or Greek for extra protein)
2 cupsRegular or Oat Milk (any milk or milk alternative)
1/2 tspGround Cinnamon
1/4 tspGround Nutmeg
1Frozen Banana
1 scoopProtein Powder (optional)

Directions
