4Frozen Peaches or Canned (drained and rinsed) Peaches
1 1/2 cupsMilk or Milk Alternative
1Frozen Banana
1/4 tspNutmeg


  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more or less liquid as needed for desired smoothie thickness.
  2. (Optional) Add a scoop of protein powder or even a nutritional supplement instead of milk, for added protein and calories.


  • To ensure you are strong enough for treatment and recovery, make every bite count! Be sure to include good quality proteins, healthy fats and lots of calories.
  • ​The average person needs about 8 cups of fluid each day. Fluid is anything that is liquid at room temperature: water, juice, soup, broth, smoothies, etc.  It all counts.
