A diet rich in calories and protein can help manage fatigue and boost energy.
Staying hydrated ( having enough water in your body) is another key component to managing fatigue symptoms. Becoming dehydrated can lead to light-headedness and nausea (feeling of having to throw up).
Drink fluids and stay hydrated during treatment.
This is important because fluids help to flush your kidneys when you are taking medication. Flushing your kidneys prevent the medications from causing damage.
Water isn't the only fluid option!
Drink juice, milk and smoothies or sip on soup.
