Very Ripe Bananas, mashed

Almond Butter or Peanut Butter

Cooking Directions
Preheat the 350 degrees F.
Add two cups of oats to a food processor and blend until it resembles flour.
In a large bowl whisk one egg with mashed banana, maple syrup, cinnamon and almond butter.
Gently stir in the oat flour and remaining ½ cup of oats.
Spoon a large tablespoons worth on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
