Walnuts, chopped
½ cup
Carrot, grated

Greek Yougrt, plain

Directions
Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F (162°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together flour, oats, flax meal, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in raisins, walnuts and grated carrots.
In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, yogurt and maple syrup.
Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until just incorporated.
Scoop 12 rounded tablespoons onto the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
