¾ cupAll-purpose flour
¾ cupLarge Flake Oats
¼ cupGround Flax
½ tspBaking Soda
1 tspBaking Powder
1 tspCinnamon, ground
⅛ tspSalt
¼ cupRaisins
½ cupWalnuts, chopped
½ cupCarrot, grated
1 eachEgg
½ cupGreek Yougrt, plain
¼ cupMaple Syrup


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (162°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, oats, flax meal, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in raisins, walnuts and grated carrots.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, yogurt and maple syrup.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until just incorporated.
  5. Scoop 12 rounded tablespoons onto the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
