Chickpea Flour
1 cup
Almond Flour (ground almonds)
1 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder
1/3 cup
Honey

2 tbsp
Lemon Zest
1 cup
Fresh or Frozen Cherries, pitted
2 tbsp
Sesame Seeds
1/8 tsp

Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Lightly grease a 6 x 6 baking dish.
Combine chickpea flour, almond flour, salt and baking powder in one bowl, set aside.
Mix eggs with honey and lemon zest. Add the dry ingredients slowly into the wet ingredients. Fold until well combined.
Pour batter into the baking dish. Press the cherries into the batter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for about 18 to 20 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Nutrition Facts
