1/2 cup
Dark Chocolate Chips
1 cup
Frozen Cherries (any fruit will work, fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup
Seeds or Chopped Nuts
1/8 tsp
Chili Powder (mild) or Cayenne (spicy-hot!)

In a bowl, microwave chocolate chips twice for 45 seconds each until melted. Or you can melt chocolate over a pot of steaming water.
Stir in the chili powder of your choice (optional). For a milder option, use cinnamon.
Dip cherries into melted chocolate. Only a few at a time or the frozen cherries will cool the chocolate too fast.
Place on a sheet of parchment paper.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts or seeds while the chocolate is still warm.
Place in your refrigerator or freezer to set.
