Batch cooking is a great way to set yourself up for future meals in the fridge or freezer
Doing some prep in advance, storing some chopped vegetables in the fridge or freezer will help you create meals and get cooking much faster.
Remember to limit direct contact between a flame or hot grill and your animal proteins. Also, using a marinade with citrus will help to protect meat from over charring.
