Nutrition Facts
Eat what you feel like eating. You might find yourself having breakfast, snack or dessert foods instead of your traditional meal.
Make every bite count by adding protein to your shake. Skim milk powder is just as nutritious as fresh milk (1/3 cup = glass of fluid milk). It provides bone-building nutrients, such as protein, calcium, vitamin D and vitamin A. Skim milk powder is also a complete protein source, ¼ cup of skim milk powder has 9 grams of protein.
Choose nutritious drinks, such as milkshakes or smoothies, which are high in protein and calories. It is important to stay hydrated, however drinking fluids, such as water, tea or coffee, during meals may make you feel full quickly.
