2 cupsAny Citrus (Clementine, Naval Oranges, Blood Oranges, Cara Cara, Limes etc.) Peeled and frozen.
1 tbspGinger, grated
1 cupCoconut Water
1/2 cupPlain Yogurt (Greek or Skyr for higher protein)
1Banana, frozen


  1. Peel and cut off any of the white pith from your citrus fruits. Roughly chop and freeze until solid. (You can keep a bunch of frozen citrus in a freezer bag in your freezer for months)
  2. Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.


  • Drink plenty of fluids. Staying hydrated can help you feel less tired.

  • Aim to drink 8 cups (2 litres) of fluid throughout your day such as water, soups, smoothies, milk or milk alternative, juice, caffeine free beverages.

  • Don't like the taste of water? Flavour your water with lemon, lime or orange slices. Add mint or frozen fruit.
