Ingredients

1 can (540ml)Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 tspGround Turmeric
2 tbspOlive Oil
1/2 tspSea Salt and Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Season chickpeas and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake about 30 minutes. Then turn off the oven and let them sit there for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour to really dry and crisp up.
  3. Store in an air tight container.
