Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 tsp
Ground Turmeric
2 tbsp
Olive Oil
1/2 tsp
Sea Salt and Black Pepper

Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Season chickpeas and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake about 30 minutes. Then turn off the oven and let them sit there for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour to really dry and crisp up.
Store in an air tight container.
