may occur as a result of increased appetite or fluid retention (“bloating”)

a dietitian who can design an appropriate meal plan for you.

which stimulate cravings.

Stay mindful. Eat slowly and
chew food well. Take at least 15-20 minutes to eat a meal. Stop eating when you
feel full.
