All Purpose Flour or Spelt/Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup
Plain Greek or Skyr Yoghurt
1/4 cup
Finely Chopped Herbs (Basil or Parsley or Cilantro etc.)
1 tbsp
Olive Oil
1 tbsp
Lemon Zest
1/2 tsp
Sea Salt
Topping Options
Avocado Slices
BBQ Chicken
Mozzarella
Cherry Tomatoes
Red Onion
Sundried Tomatoes
Directions
Cooking Directions
Combine flour, yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, herbs and salt in a large bowl. Mix until combined and then gently kneed together until it resembles a pizza dough consistency.
Split dough ball up into for pieces. Gently roll out between parchment paper until the thickness of a pita. Brush a little oil over top.
Gently place onto your bbq grill over medium heat. (you can also cook this in a saute or grill pan). Cook about 2-3 minutes per side.
Enjoy as is or add any desired toppings.
