Ingredients

1/2Pineapple, cut into strips/spears
1 tspCinnamon
1 tbspMaple Syrup
2 tbspCoconut Flakes, toasted
1/2 cupCoconut Yogurt or Regular Plain Yogurt

Directions

  1. Toss the pineapple spears in maple syrup and cinnamon.
  2. Place on the grill over medium heat, and cook until lightly brown grills marks start to form. Move it to the side of the grill with no heat if it darkens too quickly.
  3. Top grilled pineapple with a spoonful of yogurt and coconut flakes.
