Chicken thighs, skinless
1 cup
Onion, sliced
1 cup
Red Bell Pepper, sliced
8 cloves
Garlic
1 cup
Dried Fruit (prunes, apricots, raisins)
1 cup
Almonds
1 1/2 cups
Crushed Tomato, canned
2 tbsp
Harissa paste (optional)
2 tbsp
Fresh Ginger, grated
1 tsp
Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp
Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp

Directions
Cooking Directions
Rub salt, black pepper, ginger and harissa paste into chicken then place into the slow cooker.
Add the remaining ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours.
If you do not have a slow cooker, place ingredients and 1 cup (250 mL) chicken stock in an oven proof dish and bake covered for 2 ½ hours in oven preheated to 350 °F (175 °C).
