Ingredients

1 1/2 cupsRoasted Red Peppers
1 cupToasted Walnuts
3Sundried Tomatoes
1 tbspPomegranate Syrup (or substitute with pomegranate or cranberry juice)
1 tspRed Pepper Flake (optional)
1 tspGround Cumin
2 clovesGarlic
1 tbspLemon Juice
1/2 tspSea Salt and Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Add everything to a food processor and pulse until mostly combined and smooth.
  2. Plate the dip and dress with a little more olive oil and some pomegranate seeds to finsh.
