Brussels Sprouts, washed, trimmed and halved
2 tbsp
Grape seed or Canola Oil
2 tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar
To Taste
Sea Salt and Black Pepper
Savoury Granola
1 cup
Large Flake Oats
1/2 cup
Sunflower or Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 cup
Almonds, chopped
1/4 cup
Sunflower Seeds
2 tbsp
Fresh Rosemary or (1 tbsp Rosemary)
1 tbsp
Soy Sauce
2 tbsp
Maple Syrup/td>
2 tbsp

Cooking Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all the granola ingedients together well. If it still looks dry, add a littl ore olive oil. Spread out evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake about 15 minutes until golden. Set aside.
Turn the oven up to 450 degress F. Dress the Brussels sprouts with oil, salt and pepper. Bake for about 15 minutes. Splash vinegar over the Brussels sprouts and return to the oven for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle some granola over the Brussel Sprouts and serve.
