Ingredients

12oz filetMixed Fresh or Frozen Berries (Cherries, Blueberries, Strawberries etc.)
1 smallSugar
1 smallLemon juice
1 eachSea Salt
1/4 cupThick Plain Yogurt (Skyr or Greek)
Sesame Brittle
3/4 cupSesame Seeds
2 tbspMaple Syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Combine sesame seeds with maple syrup. Mix well. Spread evenly over a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for about 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. Mix the berries with sugar, lemon juice, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well and then set aside in the fridge for at least 10 minutes to allow the juice to come out.
  4. To plate, spoon some yogurt in a bowl, top with the berries and juices, add some pieces of the sesame brittle on top.
