·         Practice mindful eating strategies to help manage food cravings.

·         If you are tempted by sweets at the office, ask yourself: am I truly hungry for this now? You may find that you need a mental break, like a walk or a chat with co-worker.

·         If you are craving a specific food, you might simply want the pleasure of eating it. That’s ok! Enjoy on special occasions. Be aware of your informed decision and balance your needs in the moment with your long-term goal.
