2 cupsWatermelon, roughly chopped
1/2 cupPlain Yogurt (greek or skyr)
1 tbspHoney (optional)
1 tbspLime Juice + Zest


  1. Add everything in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into popsicle molds or use small paper cups or muffin trays.
  3. Freeze for about an hour, or until a popsicle stick will hold when inserted. PLace all your popsicle sticks and freeze another 2 hours or longer until solid.
