Frozen blueberries

Chinese 5 spice
1 tsp
Fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup
Dates, finely chopped
1 tbsp
Maple syrup
3/4 cup
Large flake oats
1/2 cup
Toasted almonds
Directions
Cooking Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Place almonds and oats in a food processor and blend into a flour. Pour into a bowl, add the chopped dates.
Add the remaining ingredients in the food processor and pulse until smooth. Fold into the dry ingredients to form a batter.
Use a small ice cream scoop or spoon small balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with yogurt.
