- Add milk, lemon juice, garlic and mustard to a food processor. Pulse to combine well.
- Very slowly, drizzle in your oil while the food processor is running. Continue to add oil slowly until the mixture resembles the consistency of mayonnaise.
- Season with salt and pepper, and refrigerate for up to one week.
- Add ¼ cup of the fresh mayonnaise, garlic and feta to a food processor and blend well. Season to your taste.
You can then spread this on toast or use as a dip.
