  • Cooking garlic prevents allicin, a cancer-fighting compound, from being formed. For this reason, raw garlic contains more cancer-fighting nutrients than cooked, but it can be difficult to digest for some individuals
  • Don't like raw garlic? Don’t worry! Garlic contains several cancer-fighting nutrients, many of which are still present in cooked garlic. Diets rich in both raw and cooked garlic are associated with a reduced risk of stomach and colon cancer
  • Use a combination of raw and cooked garlic in your diet to ensure maximum nutrients without upsetting your stomach.
