2 cupsYour choice of mixed nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds etc.)
2 sprigsRosemary
3 clovesGarlic, thinly sliced
1 tspOlive Oil
1 tspRed wine vinegar
1 tspChili Flakes (optional)
To tasteSalt and Black Pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl, and spread onto a parchment lined baking tray.
  3. Roast for about 20 minutes.
