Cooking Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut heads of garlic in half. Drizzle cloves with olive oil, a sprinkle of salt and fennel seeds. Wrap in aluminum foil and place on a baking tray. Roast for about 30 minutes
Once soft, squeeze garlic out of its skin. Spread over toasted crostini slices.
(optional) Top with a slice of fig and a light drizzle of balsamic.
