Ingredients

| 1 | Lemon, lime, or orange, zest and juice |

| 2 sprigs | Fresh herbs (optional) |

| 2 tbsp | Whole spices (optional) |

| 1/4 cup | Fresh fruit (optional) |

Directions

In a mason jar, muddle the fruit, herbs, spices, juice and zest.

Stir in the honey.

Refrigerate for 24 - 48 hours.
