Cooking Tips
Cooking with seasonal and local produce isn't always an option, so don't be afraid to use frozen fruits and vegetables. Frozen produce tends to be picked at their peak ripeness and frozen immediately for a very tasty, nutritious, and convenient product.
If you're tired it can be difficult to decide what to make for a meal or to figure out where to search for a recipe. Try picking up a few new cookbooks that appeal to you with recipes that are clear, not too complicated to prepare, and seem interesting to your tastes.
