Ingredients

1 cupVacuum packed Chestnuts or Almonds or Peanuts (any nut will work)
1 cupDates, pitted
2 tbspCocoa Powder
1/2 tspGround Cinnamon
1/4 tspSea Salt

Directions

  1. Add everything in a food processor and blend until smooth but still textured. Not like a paste.
  2. Roll about 1 tbsp at a time into small truffle sized balls or into small patties
  3. Roll through any topping option.
  4. Refrigerate or freeze, and enjoy!!!
