Include fat in your diet. Your body needs fat for energy and to help absorb certain vitamins. Unsaturated fats such as vegetable oils, nuts and avocadoes can also help improve heart health.
Cancer can be an illness that leaves you with chronic inflammation. Some studies suggest that what you eat can help decrease your inflammation rather than taking medications. Remember to talk to your doctor before stopping.
Try limiting your consumption of fast foods and processed foods. Enrich your diet with anti-inflammatory foods such as fruit, vegetables, olive oil, almonds, walnuts, hemp seeds, and fatty fish.
