1Medium Golden Beet, grated
1Granny Smith Apple, grated
1/2Lemon (about 2 tbsp juice)
1 tbspGinger, grated
1/2 cupPlain Yogurt
1/2 cupWater
Possible Toppings
1/4 cupBerries
2 tbspGround Flax
1/4 cupNuts and/or Seeds
2 tbspPeanut or Almond Butter


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with whatever toppings you enjoy!
