2 cupsMango, fresh or frozen
1 cupGreek yogurt, plain, nonfat
1/2 cupMilk, skim
1 tbspPumpkin seeds
1/2 tspTurmeric
2 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspHoney


  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
