Nutrition Facts
Remember, eating more fibre-rich foods helps your body digest slowly, keeping that feeling of fullness for longer and also helps manage post-meal blood sugar spikes. So try including more complex carbohydrates in your diet slowly until you have eliminated all simple carbohydrates, you may just like how you feel over time!
You can store the dry granola in an air tight container in your pantry for up to a month or in the freezer for up to 3 months or more.
Use your favorite seeds, nuts or dry fruits. Other possible combinations - sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, oats and shredded coconut. If you want to add dried fruit, add it to the mix after baking.
